Three-Bean Salad

2 cans green beans
2 cans wax beans
1 small green pepper -- chopped
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup mushrooms -- button (up to 2 cups)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup Splenda
2/3 cup vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Mix together and store in refrigerator.
Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 1095 Calories; 110g Fat (81.3%
calories from fat); 5g Protein; 52g Carbohydrate; 7g Dietary Fiber;
0mg Cholesterol; 1181mg Sodium. Exchanges: 0 Grain (Starch); 4
Vegetable; 22 Fat; 1/2 Other Carbohydrates.

NOTE: you must divide the carb count by the number of servings minus fiber.
