Pumpkin Protein Shake

1/3 cup Designer Protein Whey -- (1 scoop)
1 cup heavy cream (can use 1/2 cup to cut carb)
1/2 can pumpkin
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice -- or to taste
crushed ice

In a food processor mix protein powder and heavy cream with the crushed ice. Add pumpkin, spices and Splenda to taste. Thin with water if needed. NOT for induction.

Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 938 Calories; 90g Fat (84.2% calories from fat); 23g Protein; 15g Carbohydrate; 2g Dietary Fiber; 356mg Cholesterol; 92mg Sodium. Exchanges: 1/2 Grain(Starch); 1/2 Non-Fat Milk; 17 1/2 Fat.

NOTES : Remember that Splenda has not been included in the carb count so you have to figure that in with however much Splenda you use, or use 0 carb liquid sweetener
