Green Beans Almandine

Serving Size: 1

1/4 cup blanched almonds, slivered
1/4 cup butter
1/4-teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice, (up to 2 tsp)
2 cups green beans, cooked

Cook slivered almonds in butter over low heat until golden, stirring
occasionally. Remove from heat; add salt and lemon juice. Pour over
hot, cooked green beans.

calories from fat); 12g Protein; 23g Carbohydrate; 10g Dietary Fiber;
124mg Cholesterol; 1018mg Sodium. Exchanges: 1/2 Grain (Starch); 1

NOTE: you must divide the carb count by the number of servings minus fiber.
