Faux Red Lobster Cheese Bisquits

1 cup Atkins Bake Mix
1/2 stick butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 cup liquid (1/2 cream,1/2 selter)
3 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. sour cream.

Mix dry stuff. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in liquid and sour cream. Add only enough liquid to make it mixable and spoonable. Add cheese and mix. Spoon onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 375° for 15-20 minutes. Gently remove from cookie sheet and let cool slightly on a wire rack, they will be very tender and crumbly at first.
