Diana's Green Beans

Serving Size: 1

1 can green beans, french style
1/2 tablespoon onion flakes
1 ounce cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon roasted red pepper, dried, granulated
1/2 teaspoon garlic, seasoning or garlic powder

Microwave for 1-2 minutes or until cream cheese is melted. Stir
until cream cheese is blended well with the beans. Sprinkle shredded
cheddar cheese on top and nuke again until cheese is melted.

Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 112 Calories; 10g Fat (77.9%
calories from fat); 3g Protein; 4g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber;
31mg Cholesterol; 85mg Sodium. Exchanges: 0 Grain (Starch); 1/2 Lean
Meat; 0 Vegetable; 2 Fat.

NOTE: you must divide the carb count by the number of servings minus fiber.
