Bacon and Asparagus Quiche Crustless

1/2 lb. bacon, cooked
1 cup cream or 1/2 & 1/2
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Â½ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. Black pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 cup Monterey jack cheese, shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
(Any kind of cheese can be used)
You can add anything to this. chopped asparagus,chopped onion, tomato (seeded and chopped), mushroomsand black olives. You can also add diced green chiles.Crumble cooked bacon in bottom lightly greased pieplate. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over bacon. Bake at 375 degrees,35-40 minutes. Done when knife comes out of center clean and top browns.
Sometimes it will take a little longer if you add a lot of veggies.
