Cream of Asparagus Soup

Serving Size: 4

1 1/2 cups chicken broth
3 ounces cream cheese
12 ounces asparagus -- canned (including liquid)
1/3 cup heavy cream

Pour the drained off asparagus liquid and chicken broth into a pan, add cream cheese and stir until melted.
Add reserved asparagus to broth and cream cheese. Blend until smooth.
Add cream and heat through.
