Barbara Pollock's Flatbread

2 teaspoons not/Starch
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
2 tablespoons water
salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon olive oil, optional
1/2 teaspoon dried onions, optional

Combine all the ingredients. Spread the resulting batter as thin as possible on parchment paper. Microwave until crisp (about two minutes in my new high-powered oven), but watch carefully for hot spots (usually in the thicker sections). **Note: You can substitute sesame seeds for the poppy seeds. Yum!

For the entire recipe: 53 calories, 5 grams fat, a gram protein, and 2 grams carbohydrate w/ 1 gram fiber.
